رامین سحری، ۳۹ ساله و اهل روستای کیسم از توابع آستانه اشرفیه، پدر دو دختر چهار و هفت ساله بود. او که به عنوان پدری فداکار شناخته میشد، در جریان اعتراضات دیماه ۱۴۰۴ برای آزادی و آیندهای بهتر در تجمعات شرکت کرد. پس از حضور در تجمعات اعتراضی کرج در ۱۸ دیماه، رامین توسط نیروهای امنیتی شناسایی شد. صبح روز بعد، ۱۹ دیماه ۱۴۰۴، مأموران حکومتی با مراجعه به مقابل منزل وی در تهران، او را در حضور خانوادهاش با شلیک مستقیم جانباختند. پس از جانسپردن او، روایتهای تلخی از دلتنگی فرزندانش منتشر شد؛ از جمله تصویری از دختر کوچکش که برای یافتن آرامش، بوی پدر را در میان پتو و بالش او جستجو میکرد. نام رامین سحری به عنوان یکی از جاویدنامان راه میهن در تاریخ اعتراضات ایران ثبت شده است.
